Hape Social Media Campaign

When working on Hape’s social media, our strategy had three main goals: increasing brand awareness and visibility, generating interest in the toys, and building a sense of community through user engagement.

We started by improving the brand’s presentation—rewriting the bio to make it more engaging, setting up a link-in-bio page to guide users to key sections of the website, and organizing the story highlights to showcase top products and categories for potential customers.

For the content itself, we selected the best-performing formats for each objective: emotional or entertaining posts to boost awareness, product-focused content to spark interest, and useful, hands-on posts to encourage engagement and conversation.

WHAT WE PROVIDED

Social media strategy, social media posts and content, stories highlights, link in bio page design and strategy.

Some posts feature short videos showing printable DIY activities—like coloring pages or cut-outs—available on Hape’s blog. The videos demonstrate what the activity looks like, and thanks to an automation, users can get the download link directly via Instagram messages without leaving the platform. These posts aim to offer practical, engaging content that families can enjoy together—beyond just buying a toy.

Part of the social media content is inspired by the brand's blog articles. This content aims both to drive traffic to the website and to highlight the blog as a valuable resource. Showcasing the blog helps position Hape as an expert in child development and education.
